The Alfaidi Lab at the University of Nebraska Medical Center is seeking a Research Technician I to support cutting-edge studies in vascular biology, inflammation, and cardiopulmonary disease. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in gaining hands-on experience in translational cardiovascular research within a collaborative academic environment.
In this role, you will:
β’ Assist with cell culture, molecular assays, and sample processing
β’ Support laboratory organization, data tracking, and reagent preparation
β’ Contribute to NIH-funded projects studying endothelial biology and vascular disease
Ideal candidates: Bachelorβs degree in biology or related field, strong attention to detail, and interest in biomedical research (prior lab experience preferred).
